Fitness for Kids

We created Stryker Pro because it gives us a way to empower people of all ages through martial art and fitness throughout all parts of the world. We, especially enjoy working with children.



We all know that kids need daily exercise. The Center for Disease Control actually recommends 60 minutes of aerobic activity each day. It helps them to stay healthy, do well in school, to have more energy, and to maintain a positive outlook on life. We also understand that this can be difficult to achieve every day. With Stryker Pro, we have the solution.


Stryker Pro easily stores in a closet. Your child can roll it into an open area for training, and stream our fun and challenging workouts... ALL FROM YOUR HOME!.


A Stryker Pro workout includes Aerobic activity along with bone strengthening and strength training which the CDC also recommends be done at least 3 times each week.


We are experts at motivating kids to workout, and by assigning drills/exercises that keep changing, kids won't  have the time to burnout or become bored. PLUS, mom and dad can participate, and the whole family can workout together!
